If the pool is maintained by a specific part of the community, why is anyone outside of that entitled to it's access? The people around the pool could not talk their way out of a box, but if they are right and it's exclusively for the people who pay for the upkeep, you don't get to barge in there and dump your kids in the middle of it because you are entitled and have a big mouth.
