You guys are reeeeeally stretching for "Karen" content these days. The lady at McDonald's was appropriately upset about her kid eating food that's been touched by a potentially disease-carrying cockroach, which also indicates the kitchen is probably filthy. She's right to call the health department and to be upset, and especially if it's her first child, it's understandable that she'd be freaking out. If the plane turbulence video was real, who was the karen there? The people scared for their lives?
