Überleben Kräftig XL Ferrocerium Rod Unboxing and First Impressions

Here I open up the Überleben Kräftig, give my first impressions and test it out. It is a great tool and true to form for Überleben products, it did not disappoint. Would absolutely recommend it!

Thank you so much for the review.
Fast forward 2+ years later, they now have an even larger one.
1/2 inch × 8 inches long.
I ordered it last week; hoping that it will arrive later this week.
I have seen many reviews on this brand of firesteel and everyone seems to prefer it.
I am sure that I will be pleased with it as well. It should last me the rest of my lifetime.

Thank you for the review and I'm going to order one and craft a wooden handle for it! Hang it from your waist or neck and it doesn't matter if it is too heavy for your kit ! For $20.00 it will last for a year if your using it everyday to purify water etc! :-)

The wood handle is a great idea! Shoot me an email with a pic of it when you finish it because I actually would now like to do the same thing! And you're right, I carry it in my pocket to keep the weight out of my pack and I absolutely never regret bringing it. You won't be disappointed my friend.
