Roses Cascade Over A Wall

This is not something you seen often so I wanted to share it. Roses cascading over a wall. Easy to do in your garden if you have an old moat on your property! But this could work over a retaining wall for example.

Paul...how do you plant on top of a wall?

It's not on top of the wall. The wall is a retaining wall and so they are planted in the dirt beside the top of the wall. This is actually an old moat.

I used to drive by a house yrs ago, just to see the Roses tumbling over the picket fence. The cottage is very French looking to me, for a home in Delaware. Several yrs passed before I rode by again, all the Roses were gone. I love to think the previous owner took them when they moved.
