Matt l realize that this video has been out for awhile and You are in California right now. But working for Harley Davidson for 24 years when installing Exhaust Systems. You should always take a towel and window cleaner and wipe off your finger prints. Why? Because the acid off of your fingers and hands when the exhaust gets Hot. Your acid prints will burn into the chrome even though it's covered by shields you will see blue prints in your exhaust. Awesome Job and it's sounds So much better...
Ha ha 2nd time Matt started the show. Hey Matt and Steve u guy's should either change this one to Steve and Matt show or open another you tube channel called The Steve & Matt Show. Matt u should have ended the video with the bike riving with the new exhaust system.
It’s been 2yrs hopefully someone told you to wear some rubber gloves so you don’t get fingerprints on it,never start the bike before wiping off your fingerprints

Great job young man! I have that same bike, I think I will put on a set of Cobra pipes. Thank you.
Matt, congratulations on your graduation young man! Also, nice job with the pipes😎
Great sound! I have an '06 Vulcan 900 and I'm hoping to get a better sounding exhaust soon.

Good job young man!! Sounds great!!
Great video. Were there any exhaust flange gaskets to worry about?
The rear heat shield just slips roght on no problems. The front one was a fighter. lol
Great pipes and sound it just sucks that we cannot get them in California
Nice job.
Now add a cobra intake to go with the exhaust.
So far this is the second video of replacing pipes and neither one show changing the gaskets... Is there no need to...
Well finally put my pipes on and they didn't even have gaskets... I put some anyway
Why didn't you fire it up?
exhaust gaskets?
Matt. Do you have the original system and brackets to sell? I'm going the other way! The Cobra 2 into 1 on my 2009 Classic is too loud for me.

No Loctite
I'm not sure loctite would survive the heat of an exhaust.
