Originally Excalibur II has coupling capacitor and 2meg resitor across hedphone input. In your setup it appeares both are removed. Any reason?

The repair center had removed it a few years earlier. I can not remember the reason for it.

Those were only used with the Yellow Koss headphones, along with the Yellow wire that attached to the board

my koss headphones need a new wire. do you need that capacitor and 2meg resistor? or can I just use left, right cable and ground?

Min 9:54 with forstner bit I use that.
