Kindly mention the plot lot size in your plan and the reason is that, in cities the plot sizes expecially in Bangalore most of the area the plot sizes are available in 20'×30', 30'×40' it means the given plans could not be used to be constructed over the plot size of 20'×30' due to the balconies on two sides that requires another extension of minimum 3' on two sides and therefore this plan could be used over a plot area of 23'×33' and normally this size plots are not approved by the authorities
But, your plan is wonderful

On second floor and above. 3 bhk. At least two rooms should be larger. Two rooms with attach bathroom. 1 kitchen with dining area, pooja area, Drawing room. With decent interior.

We have a plot of 60x70 east facing. Both have a 30x70 east facing plot. We need a double storey house according to
⭐ 2 bedrooms with attached dessing room and washroom( 1 washroom use a common washroom)
⭐ 1 children's room + study room + with attached dessing room and washroom
⭐ 1 modular kitchen with separate utensils washing in kitchen
⭐ 1 Pooja Room (We belong to a Sikh family. Our house has Guru Granth Sahib Ji Parkash. So the room needs to be the right size)
⭐ 1 store
⭐ Front park with minimum 15 feet in depth
⭐ Car and two wheeler parking
⭐ Front double gate
⭐ Square type Elivation which makes the front looks bigger
