Unlike other individual house where ground floor is also packed, this house let with lot of space. They can even conduct functions easily without booking a function hall separately. Windows main door baths accesories, glass tiles granite etc 15 to 18 lakhs .... Finally electrical wiring and lighting ..... 4 to 5 lakhs ... Painting and water proof patty ... 4 to 5 lakhs ... My guess is 90 lakhs plus .....🤗

One flaw is in the drawing room where you have placed sofa, where you have provided steps, seems dangerous for senior citizens. Had it been ground level it would have been fantastic. You have not provided split AC points in the house. If I have get an independent house in Bangalore, I would prefer you only to construct. All in all, I liked it very much.
