PORTRAYAL OF GUILT - Evil Greed Interviews

At the beginning of September 2019, Portrayal Of Guilt released the new EP Suffering Is A Gift, their follow-up to the landmark 2018 debut album Let Pain Be Your Guide. In the same month they released a new song “Sacrificial Rite,” on a new split that they’ve released with Soft Kill. During Amplifest, we sat down with guitarist/vocalist Matt King to talk about a band that has carved itself out as a unique force in the realms of post-hardcore and screamo.

I don't take that away from their music at all... in fact , to me it's a transcendence of these lower vibrational aspects of the human experience. relishing in it almost, nothing about their music feels like a hatred of humanity
