Nothing u do can pay Gods own death. But u can believe that He did not die in vain (galatians 2:21) He died in your place Can u die if He gave u eternal life at the cross? Can u go to hell if the Messiah promised u the Kingdom? Will the sins u have defeat the fidelity of God? But God died in your place, and in like manner as He rose from the dead, so shall u, when the day is come. until then consider yourself saved for Gods will is for u to be saved. (john 6:40/luke12:32) Can your own will defeat the will of God? i tell u the truth, it can not (john 10:28-29) “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.” 1 John 5:13 KJV
I've recently been saved (20 Feb 2019) and all these questions about me not being saved have been tormenting me for this last few weeks. I've been praying and begging the Lord to give me a sign that can convince me that I truly am saved. Watching this short video has really helped me and I will be searching the Scriptures that cover this subject. Hopefully this will educate me further into my Faith. Thanks Any help in where to look would be greatly appreciated
Stephen A If you are believing the gospel of salvation than you are saved - this is the gospel of salvation 1 Corinthians chapter 15 verses 1-4 if you truly believe the gospel than you are saved and sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise till the day of redemption! Repent and forsake your sins. TRUST in JESUS Christ and his sacrifice on the cross. There is coming a day when the LORD will judge the world in righteousness. Hell awaits all sinners including lukewarm christians. JESUS says go and sin no more so if you loved him you would OBEY HIM.

She gave a very pathetic answer for someone who is supposed to preach the Word of God. Sadly, she knows very little about the word. Her telling people to check their peace is pathetic and not at all something you should tell someone who asks how they can tell if they are saved. She did not mention one time the truth in how someone can know for sure. I hope and pray in the five years since your comment that you have grown closer to our Savior Jesus Christ and have come to see that Joyce is nothing more than a motivational speaker, who happens to use Jesus Name, but she doesn't know the basic fundamentals of what it means to be truly saved. Sorry first she says you’ll have a peace in the beginning but then says it’s not about feelings towards the end of this segment. I lived in confusion about salvation for nearly 30 years based off of reasoning like that plus the whole “if you’re really saved your life will show it”. Well I’m not against a changed life or godliness at all but we can’t base that off if we are saved or not since that is a very fluid thing that can be good one day and bad the next. Solution? Rely on Gods promises ALONE. Acts 16:31 for example. The only condition for salvation ever given in the Bible is to believe in Jesus (trust in Him ALONE). Once we do that, we are saved and God will NEVER lose us and THAT is the good news, my friends.

A believer must recieve the Holy Spirit to be saved. There are only three instznces in scripture that tell us what happened the moment believers recieved the Holy Spirit, Acts ch 2,10,and ch.19. In each instance when the believers recieved the Holy Spirit the first thing that happened was that they spoke in tongues.

Can I ask why you never preach babtism to be saved? You never talk about it in any ministry. John 3:5 says Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.” You preach that all you have to do is ask Jesus in your heart. Jesus tells us we have to be babtised to be reconciled to God and have our sins washed away. That means you’re leading thousands away from the truth. If you do preach this and I am mistaken, please give me reference and I’ll gladly apologize .
Jen Riggs Baptism was never ment for the gentiles! Waterbaptism isn't a requirment for the believers in Christ/the body of Christ. And for to be saved you don't ask Jesus into your heart, that has nothing to do with the gospel of salvation. All the sins of the world is already paid for by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ but what people have to do is accept it by trusting and believing what Christ did for us! the gospel of salvation is 1 Corinthians chapter 15 verses 1-4 there is no other way that we can be saved than have our trust and believe in Christ alone!
