Been wanting to say something to this effect for a while but just barely decided to do it. I really love the SaveOrDie series and I hope you guys keep doing them. As someone who first got exposed to DnD with "Of Dice and Men" because at the time I was a huge Destiny fan (still kinda am but I've learned that politics don't make my life better). At first I couldn't get over how cringe it was but something about it was also super interesting. I started watching "Of Dice and Men" regularly and then began to get hooked. Koibu does a fantastic job of DM'ing and I can safely say that the periodic DnD episode is a large part of why I stayed sane during covid, and it probably helped me find enough moments of peace to get through school. I recently graduated with an aerospace engineering degree, and while looking for work I decided to try playing some DnD with my family (none of them know anything about it so I have to try and DM for them). Going to start soon and I hope it will be a fun experience. Sorry guess I'm starting to ramble a bit.I love this group and I really hope to see the SaveOrDie stuff continue, I will be joining the Patreon as soon as I have a real job. I don't know how the channel is doing financially and it wouldn't surprise me if the channel is not growing as fast as y'all would like (as a fan I feel the channel is criminally underrated), but as a silent watcher of many Koibu campaigns I would like to say that I love the stories the campaigns tell and I want to express my deepest appreciation for all of the SaveOrDie cast. TLDR; I love you guys please don't stop doing what you're doing. P.S. I don't know about other viewers, but as a suggestion having a short like 2 or 3 second section showing the anticipated schedule at the start or end of the video would be super cool! I think the GSL for StarCraft 2 does something similar and it helps to create a bit of hype for the next one, as someone that doesn't really use discord or reddit having some way in UA-cam to stay up to date with what's coming would be cool.
What an incredible end to the series. Almost made me cry which doesn't happen often. Hats off to Koibu for the incredible world, and the Nick, Pchal, and Potato for all the awesome RP. 11/10. Maybe we will find out if bats use their eyes in the next campaign...
Can’t wait for the next campaign guys. Sucks we might never get to see the rest of grau’s story or arakis ambitions. Excited to see what Neal can bring next to the story of Arcadia
Can we get a front lines of the Verossi empire campaign or one-shot with some higher level characters duking it out? Could be pretty cool Edit to add from spoilers: Loved this small series as well as outcasts, would also love to see Zera’s journey but don’t know how that is supposed to play out. I also absolutely love how the afterlife is done here, always so meaningful and thought provoking to see how it’s handled.
That knight is gonna die in the swamp after he was the sole survivor of that fight. I feel like the empire fundamentally doesnt get verossi and never did from the start based on how she is here Zera picking her next set of pawns must be just painful for ren. Im sad rens darkest days is over already. These two short episodes are so powerful emotionally
