Nearly 300 Cookoff teams, compete for 3 days, then the Rodeo last about 4 weeks.....
Haulover inlet is really entertaining to watch both great captains make great passes & terrible captains absolutely thrashing their passengers, not great when they actually get hurt tho. I’ve never piloted a boat by myself just briefly w help but even if I was relatively experienced boat captain I doubt id go into haulover inlet
Maybe haulover isn’t that crazy or challenging & it’s just bad captains? Idk, I don’t know much ab boating & inlets but it seems to be a pretty challenging & unforgiving water way combined w bad captains, TERRIBLE captains, average & really fckin good captains
