Huge winter melons. Grandma be careful you do not hurt your back carrying such big melons. So many dishes from one melon, what a blessing. I have never tried winter melon, but I looked it up and it is also known as a wax melon. The taste is similar to a cucumber with slight grassy note, and some compare it to the rind of a watermelon. I am wanting to try some now.
