Definitely like this review as I do this vehicle. I think it's unique yet up to date yet still simmered down so it's like like BAM in your face. It's great and I'm sure it will do Hyundai great.
Dustin: How do you do a car review without driving it? That is like doing a review on Burger King, but showing us the menu but not eating the food. Doesn't matter--I just posted my own you tube video on the KONA, today and we just drove drove it 600 miles....so click on my name or picture here and watch the video......a REAL TEST.
chad haire You can review a vehicle by going over standard and optional equipment, going over safety rating, pointing out unique features, and going over engine/Powertrain options. I’d be glad to watch your video as well but you also have to be open minded on other people’s videos. Maybe he can’t take it out on the road for a reason who knows, no one but him.
I'm just glad that they're doing away with the DRL off position on the headlight switch. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to build a feature into a car (DRLs), just to build in another feature to cancel out the feature that you first built in...
Sounds like you're the moron. For starters, everyone is entitled to an opinion, whether you agree with it or not. Second, this type of comment seems highly unprofessional from someone who also reviews cars where you're supposed to keep an open mind about the car that you're reviewing. You sound like the kind of person with the "I'm right, you're wrong, and there's nothing you can do about it" type of attitude, which can be seen, for example, when you talk about the paddle-shifters on a car. That attitude is also clear based on the fact that I provided an explanation for my reasoning on DRL, and you simply called me a "fucking moron," and provided no explanation for your opinion. Close-minded people like you are useless to society, and I hope you take this as an opportunity to correct your thinking from here on out, and become a more likable person as a result.
No need; it's so little inside, dual zones would overlap each other anyway. Entropy, man. P.s. I love my blue Ultimate. It feels like an extension of myself. Auto braking seems a tad aggressive. Like, "I've got this one, my zippy little friend. No need for your help here." I wish android auto would connect over Bluetooth so I could ditch the USB cable. (Is that even technologically possible? ) that's not Hyundai's fault or the Kona's, though.
Hyundai seems to have made a good decision with the Kona in Europe. I've seen quite a few driving around lately. And according to federal ministry of Germany that counts new car registrations, there have been sold ~1200 Kona's in 2017 since the sales began in November 2017.
Speaking to the dealer when we bought ours he was a bit frustrated that Hyundai chose to launch an all new car in November as, in his words "no-one buys a new car that close to Christmas". He did say it had been selling steadily since January. We had a 3 week wait for ours to be delivered and I've seen similar tales online.
What's up with those bracelets?

chad haire just because he didn’t drive it doesn’t mean it isn’t a good review?

Like I said...would you want to see a review on Burger King if they didn't eat the food?
chad haire Becjsse maybe he wasn’t hungry or maybe because it’s a review for advertising and it’s for you to try out.
In belgium we have the lime, red and orange accents available in the interiot. The red is👌

are you a fucking moron...I do not want DRL on my car--and sure as hell NOT on an off road car.....that is why there needs to be an off button...

You are entitled to your opinion as dumb as it may be.....even when you are wrong...LOL
Honestly I don't need a dual zone climate system. This car has lots of useful perks. I have seen a model with vented seats.
I dont understand a car test video where they dont test drive the fucking car
chad haire you got a good point there Mr.
I just posted a KONA video this morning on you tube---drove it 600 miles..click on my name here or picture and you can watch.....

Neil Dunn 3 weeks seems fine to me, compared to the usual 3-6 months when ordering any car an waiting for it being produced to spec in the factory.
all good except that antenna on roof is not shark fin and looks terrible
You forgot to drive it
