Hi Martin, yep... we have had snow on and off for a couple of weeks and it's hard to create content for the channel when it's so cold in the garage. Enjoy your coffee Carl
LOL smile, my financial advisor asked a very similar question... do you really need more, and I said they will add value to the bike !!! Have fun, they do look great on the bike. Regards Carl
Great video Carl as always. A little tip on...well sticking anything to your bike or helmet with adhesive...is to warm the adhesive up and where you're going to stick it on the bike/helmet with a heat gun or hair dryer. It would have definitely helped you in the cold garage. If using a heat gun you just have to make sure you don't start melting anything.
Hi Correy, you are absolutely correct using a hairdryer or heat gun can make the installation process easier. Thankyou for sharing this tip. Regards Carl
Hi TC, now that is a very hard question . The multistrada is the bike I have had the most fun on, and while riding the Multi I and She feel like a complete unit... I know exactly what's going to happen in every situation and have 100% trust. I hope that a tyre change on the GS soon will bring a much needed connection to the road that is missing. Plus 30K on the multistrada and just 7K in GS so far. So perhaps it's not fair to compare them just yet. What is your choice?
Hi Carl, thank you for another great video. Just a comment regarding the rubber grommets in the frame for those side panels. I believe there are two for each panel. Have you had an issue keeping those grommets in place?
This is a pain in the ass. When i first bought my gs i wanted to see what is behind the panels and it took me nearly 3 hours to install them back. 2 hours for searching the plastic parts in the garden and 1 hour installing them properly.
Hi Mauro, yes I have also heard that the little rubber grommets can come out and get lost. But I have not had any issues. But it's a good point to highlight to others, so thankyou Carl
I was actually thinking of getting some of the Ilmberger carbon parts for my GSA, but these stickers won't actually make a hole in my pockets like the real deal would 🤑 Heck, I didn't even know these existed until now but that's why I subscribed 😉 so thanks for the heads up! The stickers that you linked in the video description, are they compatible with my '22 GSA? or are they only for the GS? Thanks!
Hi Sunny 👍 thankyou for subscribing it does make a difference and I appreciate everyone that has. Yes the real carbon ones look great, a friend has a set on his R1200RS but they cost a small fortune... when you look at the 3D ones I used they are obviously not the same... but for me it's close. And I can buy a set of tyres for the difference in ££€€$$. Yes the lower ones I installed (their are two kits upper and lower) fit both GS and GSA Have fun Carl
Hi Jerry and welcome to the channel, if you look and have a read in the video description I have put links to where you can buy them in North America. Best wishes Carl
Carl, what a way to start a cold, dusting of snow outside Sunday morning - comfy armchair, toast, coffee and your video 😄

In the garage - I would use a hairdryer to warm the surfaces and after installation too …
Good tip, thank you 🙏
Your videos are bringing attention from my financial advisor, “What are you ordering now?” “Stickers!”
Lower side panel kit on the way.👍
LOL smile, my financial advisor asked a very similar question... do you really need more, and I said they will add value to the bike !!!
Have fun, they do look great on the bike.

Carl, top quality video ... as usual 🙂
Hello Eric, thank you 👍
Brilliant video. I have just ordered a couple of sets from your links. Thank you. Cheers, Mark
Hi Mark, thank you 🙏

Hi Carl, they do make a difference and add a bit of customisation. Thanks for the video
Hi Inspector...
Good evening.
yes they do, I know they are easy to install, but some owners just needed a little help. Thankyou for your feedback

Hi Carl, Another good concise informative video 👍 ………. I find a hairdryer works really well if you need to soften the stickers in the cold environment
Yes you are 100%right, but I couldn't show me using my wife's hairdryer.. 😏 smile.
Have a great weekend

Enjoying your videos! If you could only keep one, the GS or the MTS, which would it be?

Hi Ugur, yes several owners have said the rubber grommets fall out. I think the later bikes have a better fitting grommet. Regards Carl
