FYI, Forestella worked with great music directors. Mainly Kim JinHwan and Park MinWoo arranged their covers when Forestella was under Arts & Artists (their ex-agency). Kim JinHwan did their Bohemian Rhapsody, If I leave, Champions, Scarborough Fair etc. Park MinWoo did their Hijo de la Luna, My Favorite Things, the Unwritten Legend, Shape of you, Inner Universe, Bad Romance, etc. I don't know who arranged the Sound of Silence, but not by themselves I guess, because they should have promoted that if they did.

Pitta has a band and he sings a lot of metal-rock in his solo work its so interesting to see him with forestella singing elegant sht and when his solo he granbs his electro guitar and covers scorpions or sweet dreams 😂

It's true that MinGyu is a genius leader. However, he didn't arrange nor direct like you said. Nowadays, he is more in charge of communication role among Forestella, directors and staff. DooHoon is on stage directing, HyungHo is doing vocal directing like to name him on the UTOPIA staff roll as a vocal director. All of them deeply involve their renditions overall, share the idea on countless hours' meeting as far they said.
