Lisa, I’m so glad you were able to make these today! It’s a shame you don’t have many shops in Canada! Hopefully this helps you to make as many dashboard covers as you need!!
Wow, thank you so much for this tutorial!! I live in Canada, where there seem to be very few TN accessory shops, so it costs an arm and a leg to order clear dashboards. This was a life (and wallet) saver!
Thank you so much. This has been the easiest tutorial to follow. I'm going to make a cover for a spiral 90-day planner to place a vision board on the front!
Susie Gonzalez, After learning this technique, I haven’t purchased dashboard covers since! I love making my own! I’d love to know if this works out for you, too!
Thanks so much for this tutorial. I'm from Germany and with Corona shipping of these is 600% of what the dashboard costs. Now I can make one all with material I already own!
Loves these put when I try dont work, I want to make 3 3/4 by 4 so I can put journaling cards in them and stick into my spiritual planner, my machine makes mine cloudy maybe was machine idk but I took it back but still need these 3 3/4 by 4 pockets.
I followed all instructions, but I got cloudy spots all over my finished laminate..I even used a cardboard carrier sheet! Could this be why I got all these bubbles/ and not use the. Carrier next time? Can you help me from getting them? I have pictures, but don't know how to post them here in this message.
I'm so sorry you had those results! It could be the laminating sheets you're using, or the cardboard carrier you used. I got my laminating sheets at walmart, and they work wonderfully!
What setting did you use (heat wise) my machine has for 3mm 5mm and 7 I believe. If it's too hot due to the wrong setting it tends to bubble. Example if you're using 3mm lamination sheets but at a 5mm heat setting it will be to hot and cause bubbles. Hope that helps ❤️
This is great! Thanks for sharing

I agree with Jane's comment for this tutorial. I too live in Canada and there are very few TN accessory shops. I made my first one today and love it!!
