Synopsis:

Yuelou is destined to be lonely (he literally lost everyone he love and trust in the end, though he won the battle), Yuzhi is Yuelou soulmate and salvation. What a fate. Splendid drama

Not as good as Word of Honor.
This is a completely different genre than word of honour and the untamed. Its easier to compare those two to each other than this drama to them. I thinl it's refreshing to see something else and I haven't seen a drama set in this time period before. At times the pacing is a bit weird though.
@@caseyng2418 I like Word of honour but I don't get the hype. The lead actors are fantastic as are the fights and the story is interesting but I was not as hooked as I was with other dramas. Maybe I was expecting too much because of the hype.
THIS DRAMA DESERVES MORE VIEWS. ITS REALLY A GREAT DRAMA, A MASTERPIECE. AND THE LEAD ACTORS ARE SO GOOD TO CONVEY THEIR EMOTIONS.
keying was yuzhi's sister but he raised her, he was both a brother and a dad to keying 😭

2. Jiang captured Chen so he didn’t go home fast enough to track her sister or save her sister
3. Coincidentally a killer tried to kill Jiang by shooting the car where Chen’s sister is in
Did the series try to make Chen hates Jiang?? Like seriously 😒 if Chen was human enough, he will definitely blame all of this on Jiang. Fortunately in this series, Chen have the healthiest mental ever. If it’s another series, they will definitely become arch enemies
about 1st jiang thought like that would been a private matter or the parents etc
about 2nd in early episodes jiang explained why he captured him
about 3rd (SPOILER ALERT) it was planned by the enemy to break chen and his bond kyeing is still safe and alive

The fat police and Jian Yue Lou's conversation was so funny (24:53). Jian Yue Lou is using the cat as an excuse for poor sleep and the fat guy kept saying that the cat being noisy didn't make sense and that it wasn't the right season to be in heat. Haha.

Ian's so amazing in this episode. Gosh.. all the emotions feels so real. At first I couldn't believe that he's the guy from well-intended love coz the personalities of the characters are so different. Just shows how good he is as an actor.
Of course the actor playing Chief Jiang is also amazing.

Omg, I see why this is one of the top BL series in china. This show is extremely outstanding in ever piece of its acheivement. The artistry that Mao Zijun and Yi Bochen bring to this project script is brilliantly magnificent. Mao can truly carry this show on his back , with his powerful performance...lol. My heart was so full of emotions i couldnt stop watching it over on some esp. This series will truly have you emotionly happy, sad, love and hurt at the same time forgiving. Along with the two top MLs, there were other great casts who made this series the pheonmonal it was. Such as Chen yu Cheng as the firm evil minded but friend to everyone opium dealer businessman and Patrick Quan, who was a quiet spirit, charming male queisha singer who was stunning in his role. This show set a beautiful tone of Beauty and the beast of two friends been both males one is ferious and angry and the other been mild manner and calm that has a brotherly, heart and mental love that bonds them one another.
