You have to make a read that he’s going to use it and duck it. Usually he uses it on as knockdown oki because it’s plus and it breaks armor.
You hard to understand sometimes but great job explaining everything. Some youtubes just post without talking so dumb

If you’re talking about the frame data menu then it’s available on all platforms of the game. Just head over to the move list of the characters in practice
