Can confirm, I got stuck on the Harry Potter ride as well. We were pretty high up and our seats were tilted back and it was pitch black. When the ride started back up, the immersive screen and sound wasn’t working, so the rest of the ride was in the dark and in eerie silence, apart from the sound of the car moving about in really odd ways.
As someone who prefers Universal Studios to Disneyland I've noticed that the hard core Disney fans will give Universal one star reviews just for not being Disney.

I have been to Mario Land. It is fun. And the scenes in the establishment made the wait not that excruciating, but it is still bad. I went there on a rainy day just to avoid so many people and I still waited for an hour .

I have been to Mario Land. It is fun. And the scenes in the establishment made the wait not that excruciating, but it is still bad. I went there on a rainy day just to avoid so many people and I still waited for an hour .
