The employees telling you that the ride usually gets stuck is actually a good thing. That means that you can choose to leave, but if you do ride it and it does get stuck, then you know it's a normal thing to happen and won't freak out.

The negative thing about this is that someone with no sympathy sometimes will ask to mail unworthy found items like a pencil case with no important stuff in it. Some companies has made you charge for these mails because it's getting more common. Still, it's a solid 8/10 that doesn't do this

Universal Studios is very popular so there is a reason why it’s so packed and that the lines are so long. There really isn’t anything the workers can do to change that. The main thing that can change waiting in line is to get a fast pass depending on if you think the money is worth it to not wait in line. Some lines are kinda crazy. Of course there are a few rides in the Harry Potter world area that do sometimes jade technically difficulties. The ride getting stuck can most likely be fixed with some maintenance on the ride. Whenever I’ve gone and the rides got stuck the employees let everyone who was stuck get a free fast pass

One thing that Universal does right that I wish other parks would do is implement the "Single Rider" lines. If you're by yourself, or with people who don't mind riding separately, you can get on most rides within ~20 minutes. They take people from this line to fill the empty spaces because as we all (should) know, a ride operates most efficiently when it's full. Universal gets a solid 7/10 for that reason alone. Edit: I've also been able to pull this off at places like Six Flags by going up the exit ramp, but it's hit or miss if they let you on.

I agree with Mark, we got stuck on the Harry Potter ride for 15 minutes in this weird cave section that always creeped me out. I was scared and didn't know anybody else on the same coaster. So, I just had to sit there with my head down while these ghost things were swirling around everywhere.

Also if it does get stuck the employees should admit it. There are a lot of people with certain disabilities that being strapped into the same spot for 3 hours is potentially dangerous for them. As someone who's been to Universal Studios once and loved every second of it, I was shocked to learn it had such a low review score. I guess the waiting just doesn't bother me that much, since I'm already used to Disneyland waiting time.
it deffo depends on which location you go to. florida disney has MUCH longer waits in my experience and frequently experience technical issues across parks while universal is consistently super super fun esp if you don’t go in the super and the waits aren’t too horrible
I still can't get how a ride (minions) that is aimed at toddlers, has such a high height restriction. It's kind of like taunting the main audience it's aimed at.

One thing that Universal does right that I wish other parks would do is implement the "Single Rider" lines. If you're by yourself, or with people who don't mind riding separately, you can get on most rides within ~20 minutes. They take people from this line to fill the empty spaces because as we all (should) know, a ride operates most efficiently when it's full.
Universal gets a solid 7/10 for that reason alone.
Edit: I've also been able to pull this off at places like Six Flags by going up the exit ramp, but it's hit or miss if they let you on.

yeah fr! i do them bc they are faster and it doesn’t matter much to my dad and I. sometimes I actually got put together with my dad in single rider, so it’s pretty worth having the chance of getting split up.

I agree with Mark, we got stuck on the Harry Potter ride for 15 minutes in this weird cave section that always creeped me out. I was scared and didn't know anybody else on the same coaster. So, I just had to sit there with my head down while these ghost things were swirling around everywhere.

Also if it does get stuck the employees should admit it. There are a lot of people with certain disabilities that being strapped into the same spot for 3 hours is potentially dangerous for them. I have a friend who asks this question when he goes on rides because if it did get stuck it poses serious health risks to him.
they 100% should, esp on that specific ride too. every single time im on there (and ive noticed others too), it gets stuck, which is interesting since these instances would be a while apart

As someone who's been to Universal Studios once and loved every second of it, I was shocked to learn it had such a low review score. I guess the waiting just doesn't bother me that much, since I'm already used to Disneyland waiting time.
Disney’s waits are much lower, 3 hrs for any given ride at universal on a Monday is insane
it deffo depends on which location you go to. florida disney has MUCH longer waits in my experience and frequently experience technical issues across parks while universal is consistently super super fun esp if you don’t go in the super and the waits aren’t too horrible
I still can't get how a ride (minions) that is aimed at toddlers, has such a high height restriction. It's kind of like taunting the main audience it's aimed at.
