Yorkshire Deltic and Class 40 action on the 'Edinburgh Christmas Market' railtour.

Upon the failure of Sir Nigel Gresley, D213 Adania was substituted in to take over the 'Edinburgh Christmas Market' 4 day railtour.
On the return leg to London, working as 1Z70 Edinburgh to London, D213 is seen passing Beningbrough on the approach to York.
Upon arrival at York D213 was swapped for D9000 Royal Scots Grey. Which then was seen passing Sherburn in Elmet on full power.
An excellent outing for the punters in my eyes thats for sure...

I thought I heard something today whilst going for a walk. I have been haunted by the Trainspotting gods, as I missed one by 5 minutes as it came early and turns out what I heard on the walk was a rail tour
