This is fucking brilliant. I'm very lucky enough to never have a panic attack or PTSD but this is a ingenious way of explaining them to me. All I can say is just keep fighting because there's nothing else I can say that possibly help you. And this song is just brilliant and I hope it's brilliant for people who have PTSD and panic attacks.
