- From The Wedding Rooms in Kidderminster, Worcestershire we continue our focus on how to dress for different shapes with your wedding dress.
In this video we turn our attention to Wedding dresses for petite brides. When under 5ft 4” it is important to consider the proportions of your body shape for your wedding dress. We look at the design elements of wedding dresses that can work with petite brides to make the most of your shape. We look at different fabrics, necklines, design details and shapes of wedding dresses that work with petite wedding dresses.
In this video we also look a Rectangle body shape to see what wedding dresses work well for this body shape. With a rectangle body shape, we want to create shape that is lacking. We explore how a wedding dresses can add shape to a rectangle body and make the bride feel amazing.

I needed this! I’m petite and had no clue which type of dress will suite my body type. I think the first & second dress were stunning on you. I particularly love the off the shoulder and mildly fitted dress advice. I’ve always been drawn to them but because I’ve gained a bit of weight after having my baby, I didn’t think it would suit me. You are welcome, our advice is just to try a dress on if you are drawn to it. If you try on a dress on & love it GREAT. If you don’t, that’s also an important part of finding your bridal style!
