Eswatini 's diet is based on grains and veggies. today we are cooking grains of maize looking more like rice with some cooked pumpkin leaves in a typical village in Eswatini.

I think interpreting the meal name in their language to English is a bit challenging, hence the name maize Rice, because it doesn't make sense to call it so in English. There can't be maize rice or Rice maize except the two are mixed to prepare a meal.
