I enjoy watching our African brothers and sisters reuniting in harmony n mutual respect. Learning from one to the other with humbleness and love. Our skin color from light to dark is the witness of our strength and the African in our soul... Mama Africa❤

One tip my grandmother had about minimising the fire is to put just a few firewood with little fire before putting on the pot. Then add firewood under the pot to increase the fire, so you don't get burnt. Also, not to put too much firewood, just add a little at a time so you don't waste fire around the pot. Peace

Tatiana, I have always wondered about the salt that you use as compared to the salt we use in America. Like Morton iodized salt. Is your salt less concentrated? I notice that is is in larger crystals and it appears that you use more than we would use. Maybe you and Belle could do a short Q&A and she could answer that one. She knows both. Love from Texas, USA.

For your information, that rock salt used by the lady is an authentic sea salt which is ten times healthier and better than the salt we use in Europe and America. When you read about the difference between sea salt and table salt, granulated table salt has various health implications than sea salt, medical doctors advise people to use sea salt

Well, you are wrong. She was born in Africa and both of her parents are African. Even though she lived in Italy, her accents and mannerisms are Ghanaian. She speaks her language and knows her culture and traditions. She has no problems being around her people and she can easily live in the villages as she has demonstrated on this channel. Infact, when I first started watching her channel, I thought she lived in Ghana all her life. Everything about her shows that she is an African woman to the core.
