Today I am sharing my experience on how I started, knitted the I-cord edge and finished my Sophie Shawl.
This video does not give any specific information about the Sophie Shawl pattern. If you want specific information you can buy the pattern at PetiteKnit website and at Ravelry. This video only shows you how to start, make the I-cord edge and how to finish your shawl. It is only mean to help you with the original pattern and to inspire you to make one for yourself or as a gift.
You can find a link to buy the pattern for the shawl on Ravelry at
    www.ravelry.co...
I have made several of these shawls for myself and have given them as gifts also. I really love making them and I can see myself making many more in the future, just like with the Sophie Scarf.
Thank you again for being here and I hope this was helpful to you.
Until we meet again stay healthy and continue to knit, crochet, craft and do whatever makes you happy.
Tchau ! (The Brazilian way to say bye).

Great video! I’m knitting the Sophie hood right now. Wondering if someone could post a video on how to add new yarn. I know we add new yarn at the last 3 stitches of the row. I’m confused as these stitches are slipped. It’s probably easy peasy and I’m overthinking it. Thx for any feedback. 💓

I prefer making the increase by knitting the first three stitches and then make a backwards thumb loop for the increase stitch. It’s much neater and does not leave a hole. For the decreases, i knit the first three stitches and then knit two together for a much neater look.

Excellent video. Thank you so much. Would you be so kind as to post a video showing how to add new yarn at last 3 stitches? I'm confused in understanding how to do that if the last 3 stitches are slipped. Thank you again.
