I support acharya Prashant advait foundation. Who are doing really fabulous work for all kind of issues from which society is suffering. Mental health can be solved only by clarity in life. They have solved my mind just because I was running for that which I also don't want but because of socital conditioning.

I think rural people do not suffering from that much mental health issues & mostly the reason for there stress is survival or to full fill basic needs . People who suffering from Real mental health issues are students professionals & reason is competition, relationship,office politics, society challenges etc
easily, adpot growth mentality in everything, read some stoic or vedic philosophy, then listen to naval, get into tech or other field you have interest in and then you're on your way
