やっぱり、今の芦原空手は顔面パンチがない前提の稽古しかしていない。至近距離でノーガードで相手の正面に立ちながらローキックやパンチ。芦原先生が一番してはいけないこととしていつも注意されていたことが、今やなにも伝わっていないのが悲しい。ガードが下がっていたら平手でバシバシ叩いて常にガードを落とさないことや、相手の正面に立つ時間をいかにゼロに近づけることが重要かを教えてくれていたのに。いつしか極真空手ルールにつかみOKにしただけの空手になってしまっていた。残念と言う他ない。
Good sparring but where are the Uru Nage & Makikome Nage which is the essence of Ashihara karate. without the two nage, sparring wll be back to Kyokushin style.
Nice sparring. Sweat and work hard with out the injuries....
先生は勿論、この生徒さんも相当強いですね。よく身体動いて目を逸らさないですから。

Where can I find these new videos with the new Address? Do they have a website?
Check out their latest videos (still kinda old), but i guess they had to break away from ashihara because one of the teachers did some bad stuff. They ahve their new address and what not listed in another video :) I wish i lived closer so i could train there, this is truely the best karate i've ever seen!
What happened to This Dojo? I don't think it's there anymore?
Did they move or did they close? It was a great Dojo and their Sparring and Spirit
was very Good. I miss them. OSU.!
we have new style 'shudo karate.' we are located in gardena.1617 west rosecrans ave.Gardena.california. we had to break away from ashihara Karate.our new style combined with kyokushin,ashihara,shintaiikudo,seidokaikan,jujitsu,aikido.
how can i learn to kick like that , i been always practicing for that black belt kick statue, if you know what i mean.
