Folding a Smiley Face and then Discharging color with Bleach Gel (Toilet Bowl Cleaner)

In this video, I demonstrate how to Tie-Dye a Smiley Face tee.... in this case I am doing a black tee and discharging it with a Bleach Gel, it is a Toilet Bowl Cleaner that comes in a gel form, and then I show how I Neutralize the Bleach as washing it is not enough.
