⚠WARNING: You will probably fall in love with Busan if you visit so... go at your own risk 😉 Have you been to Busan!? Do you plan to go?! Let me know 🤭
Yes, I've been to Busan. Last year actually. And it was the most beautiful city IMHO in Korea (FYI I travel to Korea once/twice yearly) because my wife is from Korea so I've been to MANY places there. But Busan will always be my favorite place and memory. The (modern) coastal city vibes are real and the seafood FRESH and absolutely DELICIOUS (all except the sea pineapple kkk). So so thankful we had friends in Busan who took the time to bring us around over the 4 days we were there.
Thanks for the epic recommendations! 🙌 So, I’m about to hit up Busan during Chuseok and crashing at this certain Airbnb with a view of that iconic bridge 😎🌉. Now, here’s the plot twist: I need to snag a KTX ticket back to Seoul on the 19th so I can make my late-night flight from Incheon ✈. I know reservations drop a month in advance, but I’m totally dodging RailNinja and Klook like they’re the villain in a drama. Got any secret tips on when the pre-sale KTX tickets go live on Korail? Your wisdom could be my ticket to glory! 😅🚄🙏
Wonderful video as usual. So much thought put into the editing. Nice balance between voice over, seated talking, and onsite filming. I seriously appreciate that you don't just stick pictures in place of short clips. Music was at a perfect volume and matched the feel of the video. I love the sparkle labels on the screen to aid in the transitions. It was SO easy to follow everything you were talking about & I could feel your enthusiasm. Love the work and the topic! Very informative! Keep it up!!❤ ❤❤
Next time you goto Busan, I recommend you do a food trip. There are lots of eatable delicacies that Busan is famous for ... just to name a few 돼지국밥, 밀면 etc. which has lots of history behind similar to the infamous 부대찌개(Army base stew). I'll let you do the reasearch for yourself. Also FYI, there is a 돼지국밥 restaurant in Manhattan, NY that was picked the best restaurant in all of NY(2023) in which originated from Busan ~ 😉😁👍
I’m so glad that you are brave, smart, athletic, etc, as it allows me to live vicariously through your adventures 😉 because no way with the waving little fishies! 😳
Wow, I'm not sure I would have tried the wriggly octopus myself. So brave! 👏👏👏 Do you have any suggestions on getting around Busan? I've heard that transportation can be a challenge. Thank you for the great video!
Not the silent question "do I like seafood?" You know I am gonna put a cot up and just sleep in that market lol I am loving all of the after effects girl! The video looks absolutely amazing! So glad you are having such a wonderful time in Busan again!
Those chopped live octopus, sea cucumbers, sea squirts might not your cup o t at 1st. But once you get the true taste of them, you'll drool over just looking at them. I recommend to try at least 3 more x's. Those are considered as aphrodisiac, healthy food in Korea.
Hi Megan! When I went to Korea last month I went to Jagalchi fish market, but I didn't end up buying anything because I was alone and didn't want to spend all that money to try something I only wanted a few bites of. Is there a way to enjoy it as a solo traveler?
Great point! I think the cooking class would be a great option (you could always ask the instructor if it’s possible) or maybe look for a food tour in Busan on an Airbnb experiences ☺️

Very nice to see your Love and Respect for Korea. Best wishes from Germany from a Kyopo.
When I come to South Korea will meet you ❤❤❤❤❤
Lord-willing 🤭✨
Very good ideas - I think you’ll motivate people to leave their comfort zones… though I might struggle eating something that’s moving! lol
Hahaha I struggled myself but YOU CAN DO IT! 🤣💪🏼
I love and highly value your videos!!! It would be really helpful to have the names of locations written out in the video when spoken for reference!

Hmmm… I think I’ll just save them for the people who like them 🤭♥️ but thank you for the tips~!
Korea want to keep you, Megan forever!
I hope Korea keeps loving me~! 🤣♥️🫂

무슨 연예인처럼 생겼어. 터미네이터에 나왔던 린다 해밀턴 맞나? 닮았네. 우주에서 가장 이쁜 사람같네.

I think the brave thing to do is refuse to eat animals. But that’s just me.
