I want to get the ESP32-S3-BOX-3 to develop a new product, but it is unavailable in India and we cannot source it as Aliexpress is banned too.

These are terrible devices. Not fit for purpose, imo.

Curious, what's been your experiences with it?

@ like I said, it’s terrible. One of the most disappointing things I’ve ever purchased. If I’d paid any more for it, I’d be angry. It barely responds to wake words. It just stops listening for whatever reason. Saying “okay nabu” over and over and over again is the most frustrating experience you can have with voice assistants. It goes practically deaf after responding once.
Oh and I had no audio out out-of-the-box on the factory nor several other firmwares I tried, then I re-tried one I’d already tried (without any changes) and then it inexplicably suddenly sprang into life. Go figure. That aside, the user experience (shouting “okay nabu” at it from 3ft away and not getting a response) is really terrible. Honestly, don’t buy it. Consider this a warning.
