HOME IS NICE, BUT WHEN YOU SEE BARS AROUND CENTRAL AIRE, AND HAVING AN ALLEY IN THE BACK IS NOT FOR ME. BUT I DO LIKE THE KITCHEN, AND THE BATHROOMS, AND THE WALK IN CLOSET!
Beautiful home, but why don't you give the address? By doing so, a potential client will know the neighborhood and can IMMEDIATELY decide if they want to buy in that particular area.
$29000 for the 1940s was a lot of money. It wasn't that much inflation. Yeah I just checked houses in the 40' s was around 3 to 4 thousand. My Grandparents paid $7000 in 1960 and my parents paid $9000 in 1972. You could have purchased a mansion for $29000.

I see bars around central air units in all kinds of communities in cities. That doesn't tell me anything about the area. The world has changed.
I do not care for picture frame boarding the walls, love subway tiles for kitchen.

Yes. The address is too long to put in the title unfortunately so we put the address in the description
@@easyhomeownerofficial OK, if that is the way you want to do it. I have a Real Estate License, that is in holding.
@@easyhomeownerofficial Thank you. I just found the address in the description.
When these homes were built in the 1940s the price was around $29,000. A lot of greed going on!

@ultimatevixn I apologize for my inaccurate numbers. $3,000 - $4,000 for this home in the 40s tells you even more!
