Great tour, thank you! If you are getting serious about walking tours, I would suggest getting a phone gimbal mount, as well as maybe slowing down a tiny bit so you're not out of breath. Alternatively and ideally, you can do the walking tour silently, and then do perfect quality voice-over when you edit, and cut out the boring bits like walking through the entire carpark. Some extra bonuses would be if you can include timestamps in each area.
