I just sat down to an oatmeal mango energy ball snack I whipped up in 5 mins. If you wanna' see a pic, refer to Lisa's vid above cuz DAMN, looks just like hers! But I soaked my mango a minute - since I see water in her mix & dried stuff can be beyond chewy. Now I have Pnut Btr Bites (pnut btr, flaxseed, oats, honey, choc chips) & Mango bites to choose from as great vegan snacks in my fridge!! TY so much, Lisa L!

I tried the basil pesto avocado pasta today but our local store didn't had any fresh basil so I used dried basil. It was sooo delicious and super easy to make😍 It would be probably better with fresh basil but still awesome👌🏼
Lovely. I do variations of these all the time. The avocado as a sauce base is nice. How does it taste? I usually only do that when the avocado didn't ripen and I accidentally opened it too soon. And mangos and dates together I haven't tried yet. Are they too sweet?

Hi thank you for the meals idea :) i want to suggest you a little modification for your last recipe of the cremy avocado pesto, if you save some of the boiling water let's say 2 tablespoon , and add this water to your pesto , you will have a more cremy texture for your pasta, and it prevents your pasta dish to dry too much. I would suggest to add some nutritional yest on top. hope this will be useful bye

You should also try the burger recipe from the "Oh She Glows" cookbook, it's one of my family's favourites!!!

you could also try lentil patties they're really good too
try an Arabic dish called felafel . its pretty much chickpea fritters , but it has a lot more flavour added , u can bake or fry it

I cook the avocado pasta too and I have the same recipe for it. But I add some water and the avocado sauce becomes creamy.
