With a static image like this, you don't need the green screen - you can create a transparent PNG (so instead of the text being #00FF00 it will be transparent). Green screen in iMovie is more useful for videos

How do you add multiple videos inside text? I want to have 3 separate clips in each individual letter. Is that possible in Imovie?

Yes by creating the video with 3 clips first. Add any picture to your timeline then add 1st video as picture in picture overlay. Export this and import it into iMovie. Clear timeline and add that video to the timeline then add the 2nd video as picture in picture. Repeat until You end up with a video with 3 clips. Then you can place the green screen over that video.
