you make it look like a bowl first, you know how people put their hand when they were praying? Thats how it looks like, but make a hollow space in it, if you open it, it'll look like a bowl Then make sure there's no hole for the air left the place from any spaces except from the thumbs Put your thumbs together, and make *a tiny little hole* on it, you'll see the inside of your palm, which is covered on shadow *Put your lower lip below the joints of your thumbs, and put your upper lips above the joints, almost on the nails* While the blowing, don't blow too hard, or too weak, it should be stable, and you can keep trying on the blowing part, because for it to succeed, you need to pay attention to the blowing part, just make it stable but strong enough to make a voice

So cool the Vedic scientists discovered this and all about the planets in our solar system - and all the zodiac signs in our night skies - by turning deeply within. For as without, so within. And vice versa.
I love Jonna's beautiful videos too! From Oklahoma in the US. I am an Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner, working towards being Aromatherapy specialist as well. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi founded the University in the early 1980s. He brought Transcendental Meditation to the Western World as well. He was so wise.
FINALLY MADE A SOUND- my entire school is obsessed
We do this in Central America- both my parents would do this every time we went to the park. I have fond memories of it.
Making sounds like yours and having ur Aura would Be a dream come true ❤✨💗
Thank you so much ❤❤ I love the wild sounds!!
HOLY COW!! I’ve never practiced in my life and I just got it in seconds
You’re the first person that explained this in my life and it makes sense, thank k you so much
This must be genetic or something. No one taught me. Been doing this since i was a kid to speak with morning doves and owls. But thanks for showing me the high pitched version! Soooo cool ❤
I am so excited I have been trying this for hrs and I finally got it so cool!!!!
All my kids were taught this! ❤❤❤
I know how to do the first part, I just didn't know how to change the pitch. Thank you!
Sounds magical❤
I learned the base sound as a kid and taught my kids too, but that high-pitched sound is new to me.
I've been following you for 5 years now❤
The whole aesthetic of this video reminds me of the 2015 wattpad werewolf fanfictions I used to read. Kinda nostalgic
Wonderful tutorial Jonna! You are the Scandinavian mother goddess and your videos have touched my heart and soul, reminding me of our Oneness with Gaia and bringing back memories of growing up in the high mountain deserts of New Mexico, running around barefoot all Summer long, outside all day til my skin turned brown and my hair white.
Someday I will visit Scandinavia and learn about my ancestors from Norway.
Eternal gratitude. This online community you have created with your artful videos is a Fifth Dimensional Aquarian Age community. Lightworkers. Starseeds. Earth Angels. Compassionate humans. I am here for all of if. 100%.
I finally did it jonna 😭😭 thank you so much for sharing this technique.. i feel good after 30 mins of struggle 😂
Amazing thanks for teaching me
I'm a Filipino here. I've practiced how to do this since I was a kid and whenever I want to impress kids and my friends or just randomly want to do it out of nowhere, I'd do this. I even do a basic Do re mi then ran out of breath and often go out of tune for fun 😂
My uncle did this with a male loon on a lake while he was fishing❤ they had a little battle back and forth. Very interesting ❤❤
She would be an awesome teacher I learned in seconds rather than in hours. I saw a youtuber who watched videos on how to do it and learned it after a month
Avec 10 mains en deux ❤❤❤❤je te connais tu es très vivantes sa se sent la vie en toi ❤
Totally making myself dizzy practicing 😂
Bonsoir Jonna. Vous êtes une femme geniale, je vous aime beaucoup, vos videos, sont pure bonheur💜
I took me an hour, but i can do it consistently now! Keep it up guys! 😊
I CAN FINALLY WHISTLE
OMG I MADE IT OMG THANK YOU
Trying it at 3am, laying on the bed , under the blanket.
There was no whistle but only air, My cockatiel thinks i am pathetic too now.
you make it look like a bowl first, you know how people put their hand when they were praying? Thats how it looks like, but make a hollow space in it, if you open it, it'll look like a bowl
Then make sure there's no hole for the air left the place from any spaces except from the thumbs
Put your thumbs together, and make *a tiny little hole* on it, you'll see the inside of your palm, which is covered on shadow
*Put your lower lip below the joints of your thumbs, and put your upper lips above the joints, almost on the nails*
While the blowing, don't blow too hard, or too weak, it should be stable, and you can keep trying on the blowing part, because for it to succeed, you need to pay attention to the blowing part, just make it stable but strong enough to make a voice
Omg my dad has tried to teach me that for 25 years, and it took only your video to make it make sense in my head. I'm doing it! I'm so happy ❤❤❤
Am i only one who nailed it in just 3-4 tries 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
That’s the sound you hear when there’s a beautiful woman in the woods. GOD is good. Thanks pretty girl.
i warm my hands like this in winter....💀💀💀💀
But jokes apart....this is really amazing ❤
I did that all the time when I was a little kid..Lol, cool to see you do it.
took me about 10 minutes but I finally got it!! thanks for the tutorial not I can sound like a train lol
I have tried but i find very diffecult
Yes, Jonna, take the internet bull by the horns and take back your property. Yay! Many of us have been ripped off in business, creative endeavors and personal relationships. The only path forward is to persist and to unmask those who have tried to profit unfairly on the backs of others.
I've been hooting this way like an owl or pigeon since I was a kid. This, whistling, and using grass as a reed to make a really loud sound is how I spent much of my childhood, lol! And how I call my dog now.
I used to do this as a kid and never knew that it was a type of indigenous communication. I grew up in a big city in Texas and we just did it to see if we could. I can still do it today as a 48 yr old! It was fun remembering and still being able to do it! Thanks! That was fun! I'm still pretty good, btw. Haha. Happy New Year!
So far…I am absolutely failing at this. 😂
Read through the comments… it may take awhile. I’m right there w/ you! 😂
Me too….
I tried it sounds like some one farted 😢
😲🤣🤣
You are amazing . You inspired me to start chasing my dreams via youtube 😍😍❤️❤️❤️
This was my childhood war cry 😂😂
*I am unable to make..😕*
Me too! 😢
It takes a bit of practice. I was able to make a sound after trying it for a few days. I recommend experimenting with the “chamber” and opening size. It also helps if you wet yours lips beforehand.
THANKSSSS HEY! 🙏🤗 I'll persevere! @@heathen5701
Mom and I would do this to mimic train whistles/horns when I was a kid! 😮
We used to do this as kids waiting for the bus at school ❤
That is such a cool party trick lmao😂
Thank you after a minute i learned it somewhat
