I just finished listening to What the Dead Know on Audible and ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!! I didn't want it it end. I spent my entire Saturday into Sunday listening, I couldn't stop listening. Barbara did a fantastic job writing and narrating the book. So much respect for you Barbara, and so glad you had the opportunity to tell your story. Blessings to you always
Im currently listening to the incredible Barbara Butcher WTDK. I had plans- but ditched them- I cannot stop listening to this book. What a ride/read!! Compelling-So interesting, gritty, shocking,sad-so NYC. God Bless this woman- for what she’s lived through. This 1970’s NY area kid loves hearing her story telling. She’s a great narrator. Big Hug to her ❤
@@barbarabutcher59 thank YOU-My brother-in-law is a former 20 year Bronx homicide detective. I always beg him “tell me some stories” he’d give me a little, and brush me off w a joke in that NY cop style. Now I know why. Who needs him now! 😂 You make the reader feel like we’re on the calls from start to finish! Hard to re-live that. 🙏Highly recommending your book.
Just listened to Barbara's book for free on UA-cam! Excellent! I wish she did another one! The little humourous comments were an added bonus! They broke up the horrors of reality.
I am enjoying your book Barbara and this interview Thank you both so much for sharing your experiences and knowledge of this subject matter.... Very very interesting.
Thank you! What a wonderful, and informative conversation! Wouldn't it be great if Patricia and Barbara did a regular podcast, at least once a month, discussing different murders and the intracacies of them? These 2 authors are great together.
@@barbarabutcher59Hi Barbara, it would be great to see you set up a regular podcast with Patricia. I live in the UK, subscriber to Policeoffthecuff and Crime Time with Duty Ron. Half way through reading What the Dead Know, brilliant book👏. Particularly enjoyed your description of George Cobo and Tony Lee Simpson. Barbara you have such a brilliant way of bringing us into the crime scene, your descriptive writing helps us understand the personalities involved in these gruesome murders. I have an understanding of alcoholism as my Dad suffered for many years with this addiction. Although he did attend AA in his middle 60's and managed to overcome his addiction. Thank you for explaining the process of attending AA, this gave me a good glimpse of my Dad's experience. Thank you for the courage and vulnerability you displayed in writing this great book. God bless 🤗🤗🤗
I bought What the Dead Know at an airport just before my flight, and I'm glad I did. It's a fascinating and entertaining book on so many levels - very inspirational as well especially if I were 35 years younger.
What a great day for me. I just now finished Barbara's book and was so impressed that I decided to do a search on UA-cam for her. Imagine my surprise to find this video of Barbara with one of my favorite authors. Lucky me. Barbara, you did such a great job of bringing your personal life story to this reader, and to think this was your first book tells me how much natural talent you have for writing. You ladies are amazing, and the world appreciates your hard work, and all your dedication to bringing answers to the ones left behind. How about a collaborated effort between you? I will be first in line to purchase.
This is amazing. How blessed are we to have the two of you speaking to us about your professions. Love you both.
So fascinating! I’ve always read Patricia’s Books! ❤❤❤
I am just finishing Barbara’s boil. It’s magnificent thank you!

Patricia I have never read any of your books. Which do your recommend to start with?
Vanity plates and stick families on your car are big no noes.
Call me curious, why nothing for fans that cannot read? Doing this for Mrs. Brooks.
