This really makes me want to encapsulate a bunch of random things in resin and put them around the house as decorations. I'm going to do a big Mac in resin and put it on a little table with all living room furniture directed at it like it's the main attraction of the house.

Wow! I completely forgot about these.
They used to sell these “treasure candles” everywhere at the malls about 10-15 years ago, then they started selling scented gel candles with stuff in them, like a treasure chest with “gold” coins.
I remember that Buddha candle there as well.
I know it’s resin and it’s a lamp, but close enough.
I never bought one for myself because I’m very sensitive to synthetic smells, but they looked really cool.

You should look into getting a flex plate for your 3d printer, the company Wham Bam makes them in a wide variety of sizes that cover most of the printers on the market. Love all of the things you make man. keep em coming

Are you kidding me?? I made almost the same pyramid about 2 ys ago! A few things are different, like the bottom, which I made with metals and stones like an orgonite. My pyramid is bigger, but overall pretty much the same design. I bought a metal buddha, looking almost exactly like yours, made a silicone mold out of it and cast an epoxy buddha in pretty much the same color as yours to use in the pyramid. I even used THE EXACT SAME FLOWERS.
I never added the light, as I had a lot of micro bubbles. But I couldn't bring myself to throw it away either, since so much time and money went into it and it still looks pretty, so I left it on my desk as decoration. I can't believe that you now had the same idea.
