Everything seemed to work, was able to enable secure boot, then I go back to the windows health check thing it still says the "doesn't meet requirements. PC must support secure boot". Although the "TPM 2.0 enabled on this PC" box is now checked. So I guess it partially worked... not sure if it has something to do with "CSM" being enabled instead of "UEFI". But when I disable CSM windows no longer boots and it just loads straight into bios settings every time I reset it.. any idea?

Personally for me I can't enable it at all I just get another popup telling me I have to turn csm off. I think your gpu must support uefi mode for it to not black screen

I went thru all the steps, secure boot enabled, tpm enabled but for me go to advanced in bios - settings then look for Platform Trust Technology. Also search bar device manager- action (select desktop 1st)- then under action drop down- add legacy hardware follow the steps thru (yt vids on this). These steps should work but make sure PTT is enabled
