She is beautiful and a charismatic actress. Absolutely brilliant in I'm thinking of Ending Things and Fargo
And “Beast”
Outstanding in Fargo!
And Taboo
She was phenomenal on Fargo (as was the entire cast imo). Definitely one of the top performances of the entire series--her character is creepy, funny, odd, and strangely charming all at the same time. I also really enjoyed her on Chernobyl and, despite not being very taken by the film itself, in I'm Thinking of Ending Things. Very much looking forward to seeing her become a big name.
And War and Peace
This woman is my new most favourite actress. She's so damn good at whatever she puts her hand to!
I feel like Jessie is a future Oscar winner. SHe's just too good. Every since I saw her on the Oliver show - I thought she was special. And in everything since - no matter how big or small - she commands the screen. You throw in that she could also be a proper musician star - well, she's just a wealth of talent.
Me too and totally agree!
Just saw I'm thinking of ending things, well well well weren't you right.
@@Adamscott11 Im here because of that movie and now i want to watch everything she is in. Incredible performance.
She was sensational in Chernobyl.
She will absolutely win an Oscar someday.
speaking as a glasgae lad, her accent in the film is outstanding - especially considering how strong her natural Irish accent is. The film is really good as well.
I love her natural accent!
It's great to hear people like her and Jodie Foster speak so well with other accents.
who tf says glasgae
@@phoebe1555 I've heard many weegies call it that. Might be a ned thing but i've got a feeling the olduns also say it.
BadgerUKvideo I’ve only ever heard people say glesga
She's great on the new season of "Fargo."
Ok.. I'm officially obsessed with that curled lip thing she does.
New Message, I agree. That lip curl thing is very Irish. It evokes a certain knowledge and confidence. Adorable.
Same here
Yes, there’s something about that lip curl.
Omg I didn't know this YT account existed for more than a year
Like elvis
There's a perfect word to describe her: DELIGHTFUL.
So glad Jessie still has her beautiful Irish lilting accent. So beautiful.
The level talent coming from Ireland is amazing
Only 4-5 million people and they've produced some of the best literature, poetry, acting and music in the world
I think she's beautiful, not in a generic Hollywood way..just a little bit dorky and charming with strong yet elegant facial features. she seems to be a very positive minded person
Just what I was thinking
She is amazing
me tooo
Her mouth moves like a real person's mouth, and I love when people look like real people.
She reminds me a bit of a young Shirley MacLaine
She is amazing in everything she touches! Makes me proud to be Irish!
Man.... did Jon Batiste just finish playing Ocarina of Time or something? Last few nights have all been Zelda music
They're going to get in trouble at this rate.
Oh good. I wasn't imagining it.
Song of Storms brah
More than one day in a row. I guess when they get the rights to a Nintendo song, they're gonna use it!
Dude he played kokori forest last time. I knew I heard it!!!!!!!!!!
The Zelda music...Ocarina...GOD I loved that game.
That is at least the second time this week I've heard them playing zelda music.
From what I see in various comment, the band's been playing OoT songs for quite a long time.
She should've played adult Beverly in IT chapter 2
Huh, would work!
Honestly I thought she was the girl from the first one when I saw the thumbnail. Striking resemblance.
Chapter two is supposed to take 27 years after the first one, so Buckley would have been too young.
That is an excellent call! Think she’s far too young though.
@@csjcsj2906 I'm with you on that. The OP's only reason for saying this ignorant comment is the red hair. They look and act nothing alike.
She is such a fantastic talent. Thanks for giving her this moment to shine
She has the cutest Irish accent I've ever heard. I just can't stop listening to her.
Kerry
She’s stunning in Taboo.
@fastguitar it’s meant to have 3 seasons
Her performance in Chernobyl was great and heartbreaking.
Gui Porto very very sad
I'd highly recommend watching 'War & Peace' if you haven't already. I've watched it many times and she breaks my heart with every viewing
Watch Woman in White and Taboo as well.
I never even recognised it was her until right now.
Be sure to check her out in the newest season of Fargo. She's incredible.
The film is my favourite of this year. Way better than a Star is Born
I love her accent...
Saw Jessie twice on stage in London and loved her performances so much, I’m so happy for her that she’s taking off now!
She is a brilliant actress. Must watch in anything. Also just a vivid, delightful, hilarious person.
She looks so cool!
Ive got nothing but heart eyes for this lady
Love Jessie and LOVE her accent! So beautiful. What an incredible Actress and I love everything she has done.
Another red head perfection
Amien Fadhillah redheads scare me since Chucky came out
Amien Fadhillah blue balls?
I hear ya Fadhilla, She was very charming.
Beautiful. Gorgeous. Stunning. Captivating...
Great Irish 🇮🇪 actress. From Killarney in county Kerry same place where Michael Fassbender is from. She is equally as good an actress as Saoirse Ronan. Hon the Irish. 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪
And Ruth Negga!
C Klan , born in Germany to German father and an Irish mother, moved to County Kerry in Ireland when he was two, so he is equally Irish and he’s also very proud of his Irishness and speaks with an Irish accents.
Ruth Negga is from Limerick.
@C Klan you've never heard his Deutsch.. man ist das schlecht! (his German in Inglorious Basterds was researched)
Michael Fassbender is Irish!? Could've fooled me.
Urgh, what am I talking about? That's because he's also a great actor. Silly 'ol me.
Brilliant actor ,versatile and fresh ,i love her .
not surprised there is a country music in Scotland - afterall country music has its roots in celtic music & other immigrant / folk music - the music of working class Americans, who blended popular songs, Celtic fiddle tunes, traditional English ballads, cowboy songs, and the musical traditions of various groups of European immigrants.
omg, that's exactly what I was thinking, ahhaha, and his family is Irish from South Carolina, he should know better, hahaha
kewl
Yup I thought it too! Country music has strong Scottish and Irish roots so it’s not surprising at all.
Yep and don't forget the Welsh.. land of singers & choirs.
Julia true - the Irish migrants after the famine took a lot of Irish music to the US but it was the earlier, protestant migrants took the seeds of country. That's why most of the areas where country is strong are protestant, not catholic.
She's so good !!! Thanks for this interview.
Amazing!!!! I loved her performance in Wild Rose 🌹
She’s so amazing on Fargo wow
Saw her in War & Peace and Chernobyl, never knew she was Irish until I saw this.
She is from Kerry! (South West coast of Ireland...)
She was AMAZING on Beast, she has superb star quality
Mol
That movies was awesome
She is such a delight!
Wild Rose, what a beautiful and moving film. Jessie's voice was amazing
What a lovely person, hope to see more of her.
First saw her in Taboo, instant crush
She warm, beautiful and super talented AND Irish. Can't get much better than that. 🇮🇪💞🌟
She was amazing in war and peace. My favourite character ever
Did they just play "Song of Storms" from Zelda to introduce her?
I heard a few bars of a Zelda tune in an outro a couple of days back too.
@@carpetfluff35 I'm just waiting for Nintendo to catch on now.....cause we all know how they get
I thought i was crazy lol
They also played "Lost woods" a few days ago
Yup, I've caught them playing a few video game songs in the past.
I was lucky enough to get to hear her sing in person at the Ashley McBryde fan party. I would have hated to have to follow her because she was absolutely incredible. Blew the roof off.
She's coming to Devil In Ms
Welp, I just became a fan. I've already seen and absolutely adored her performances in Chernobyl and The Woman in White, but I had no idea she was such a lovely, charismatic, upbeat person. I'll watch anything with her in it from now on.
Watch TV Series: Taboo, War & Peace, and film Beast.
I'm Thinking Of Ending Things
She is absolutely stunning
I just finished watching Judy then I searched about her and learned she's Irish. So I wanted to hear her accent. Now I'm in love with her and she looks fun! ❤❤❤
Jessie Buckley, you are going to have a long steady carrier long in anything you choose to do, you're a lovely woman!
She’s so fabulous!!!!
She's insanely talented!
She's lovely 😊
She is so charming. Great smile
what a lovely human!
Such a talent for accents 👏
Liked her ever since Taboo with Tom Hardy.
To me she’s beautiful and cool, and so funny, I think that we can sense from the way she laughs that she doesn’t take herself too seriously, love her ✌️
I love the clip choice of this film. Kind of made me laugh a bit
She's been so good in Season 4 of Fargo. Absolute powerhouse performance.
Yh but shame her character didnt really go anywhere.
What a lovely personality
Σhe is adorable, and so cute!
I love Stephen’s little ‘flirt’ after the “Spice Girls” part 😍
She's so cute! Love you, Jessie!
She's just lovely
She is absolutely amazing in Year 4 of Fargo, my god 🙆💕
How is she so effortlessly enchanting?
She’s gonna be in The devil of me dark pictures
I love her in Fargo, she's strangely attractive especially with her short choppy step walk
Her walking style as Oraetta Mayflower reminds me of a bird.
@@LanceVanceDance84 penguin
What a delightful woman!
I'm in love.
Red haired girl 💓💓
She is so pretty!!!!
She's great in her newest role in 'I'm thinking of ending things' I would recommend everyone at least consider.
Great performance, but I am still unsure of my reality after watching the film.
Easily the best part of _Fargo_ S4. I had seen _I'm Thinking of Ending Things_ only a couple of weeks prior, and i didn't know i was watching the same person.
We love her on our show!! She's talked about in more than one episode!
Delightful
the talent
I only watched the film BEAST recently.
I never heard of her.
She is such a beautiful Woman with a lovely smile.
Just gonna listen to her singing.
Apparently, She is still single 🌷
... I'm in looooooove
The Irony of her asking "How much talent can one person have" I was thinking the same about you Jessie
Yes Jesse!
She is very talented. Please watch Beast. It is a Gone Girl-esque film and her performance will shake you.
RespectedProfessional thanks for the recommendation. I downloaded this movie ages ago and still haven’t seen it! Will watch this week
If Molly Ringwald and Merida had a love child.
Merida was Scottish.
0:53 Batiste is playing "Song of Storm" from Zelda
I remember her from the 2008 talent show “I’d do anything”, in which she came second. The show was an audition for the lead in an Andrew Llyod Webber stage musical. She was the most charismatic of all the girls in the show. I knew then that she would be a success somewhere.
Yeah watched this too ,she should have won it
When she comes out, the band plays a song from Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
Fell in love in five minutes.
Love this gal in Fargo too!
What a lovely young lady
She's great, a bright future ahead of her.
Oh my God! I was soooo hoping she was really Scottish when I clicked the interview but the fact she's Irish is ace! Amazing Scottish accent!
She's beautiful
I live in the Caribbean, and country and western is sort of big here, as well. I think it's the ballad thing. I can see it being big in Glasgow!
Hermosa pelirroja ,el papel de enfermera en Fargo ,es buenisimo
She's great -
I love her!! So glad she’s making it big in the US
She killed it in Fargo, very good
That is the first time I have ever heard an American pronounce Glasgow correctly on television. Well done, Stephen.
Now you all just need to learn that Moscow is pronounced the same way (i.e. ignore the ‘w’)... 😜
chto? Ne ponimayou, Moskva?
i'm completely hipnotized
In love.
Zelda : Song of Storms ! Classy!!
Great movie watched it on amazon video
