I Love the colors of the tweed, too. I noticed the ribbon, also. You did a great job in waiting and picking this one. I like that the chain has leather woven through it. "Merry Christmas" I think you would be smart to just stick to the bag. You can wear the bag with a floral dress or top. But the bag, the shoes and the clothes would be a little much, in my opinion.
Haha definitely wasn’t considering the blazer but you’re right about even just the bag and shoes being too much.

Hi Carol! Your new bag is beautiful, I like that particular tweed because it doesn't seem to fussy with its textured appearance. I think if you are debating over the heels, definitely try them on and maybe go for it since they will be hard to find later on.
Yeah I like the fact that even if there was wear and tear on the tweed it wouldn’t be super obvious 😆

What I gorgeous tweed bag, Carol! I first saw this tweed when trying on the Jacket - it was very very pretty, but a bit too expensive for my liking. I didn't think to ask if it came in a bag as they often will make bags matching the tweed on jackets. I like how this is a tweed that is very fresh for spring and summer! And I agree, I prefer tweeds with more interest and texture to them! Enjoy!

Girlll they have the CUTEST wedges in that same tweed pattern. Have you seen them?? They might be better wear and tear wise because not as much of the shoe is the delicate fabric.

I actually just bought the dark denim in mini rectangle..but to be honest I’m having second thoughts because the quilt is an illusion…idk it’s cute from a distance! Lol I was on a waitlist for so long I felt obligated! And my SA told me I was her first pick☺️I have always wanted a tweed bag also but I haven’t been offered a color that I love! Congrats on your amazing bag!💝
I know what you mean. I was expecting it to have real quilts too. It still looks nice but I kind of feel like it’s missing that special Chanel element. I’m sure your SA will understand if you decide to return it.

I went through the same dilemma: should I or shouldn’t I get a tweed Chanel bag (afterall, Chanel is renowned for its tweed).
As much as I love tweed, for now, I can only admire them from a far. Not practical for me to own one without the risk of frayings/lints. Resale value isn’t the best either.
