You should find a way to cancel The Loan and renegotiate it's terms... Have Accountant and Attorney to scrutinize the loan to see their patterns of deception in each area of the project,,, and always have the Attorney and the Accountant to scrutinize any dealings and new developments... China group thinks each transaction... So Kenya Must have a group of people to watch over each area of the project. Each area must be intimately known by those assigned to it... Income projections must in reality be greater than expenditure for you to be viable... Every aspect of the project has got to be considered... Cut out the extra personnel they bring to your shores that are cooks and other irrelevant job functions. They may be soil testers looking for raw materials and Natural resources while others are Building the railways... You are dealing with Communists and Spies... It is possible that half the staff is working on their belt and road Iniative and they are not paying for their work permits...? Re establish these charges and Collect them. Every dollar you make from them in fees and taxes,,, helps to reduce the cost of your project... Like the panel said... If you are careless they will rob you of your Industries - trying to steal them for themselves... They smile a good smile and do a good fake handshake but they are absolute rogues... Also Keep some people on site to observe what is going on - Qualified watchmen and keen detectives... When you think of everything,,,, Keep thinking - is how you must act to do any project and safely hang on to your Ports and Airports etc. Also understand that they are great smugglers... They move people around in the cover of Darkness. The people you allow them to bring on site must be accounted for,,, The others must be recalled by immigration 0ffice - Visas canceled or removed and escorted out of the country - they are great counterfeiters also... Your team of workers must have integrity and understand the gravity of the situation regarding these people... No mindless persons should be included or easily bribed people... You have a rough situation on hand... We were trying to warn you... They have their secret iniatives too like those operating on most large projects, but theirs may be far more sinister than yours.... A few watchful and attentive eyes and ears is necessary and vital to real success...

The African people have to stand up to their governments, and let them know that this not what African people want. Stand up and don't back down or there will be nothing left for the future generations of Africans. Organize the people then approach your government about this problem. Kenyans need to ask themselves why they are in this position that they have to rely on Chinese. This is an embarrassing indictment against Africans they can't do anything for themselves. It is over 120 years since the construction of Kenya-Uganda railway. Surely by now Kenyans should have learned the skills necessary to construct the railway by themselves!
The construction of Kenya-Uganda railway was carried out principally by labourers from the Indian subcontinent who learnt the skills of railway construction from the British during British occupation of India.
Chinese learnt how to construct railway from copying and stealing from others' technology like British, German and French. Chinese do not have their own technology, everything is a copycat, they were caught spying on German technology only few years ago.
The British brought you (Kenyans) civilisation but you did nothing with that enlightenment. Instead you are still relying on help from outside (Chinese). By now Kenya should have had its own technology and civilisation.
British imperialism was not a bad thing, like the Romans before them, they brought civilisation and vastly improved the world. Chinese on the other hands are not improving this world instead they are plundering this world for their own benefits.

Many western propagandas try to portray China as a stealer and threat, but they always refuse to report that China spends more on research and development than all the European countries combined. The even more scaring thing to them is that Chinese spending is still growing at a speed of more than 10% annually. A consequence of this is that given another 10 years, they will surpass the US and become the country that spends most on science and technology. In fact, in almost all the industrial sectors, China is either leading or among the first-tier. Given time, all this kind of copying accusations will collapse of itself. China is also a victim of the western colonization. They barely come out of the shadow of bullying. Kenyans should cool down and learn from this friend. Many of the problems Kenyans are facing now, their Chinese friend also faced, and maybe you can find a solution from the Chinese. Because China just raised out of poverty and their experience is more valuable rather than the western antidote. If you ask the west, why are you guys so rich, they will unanimously give you an answer-democracy. But no one will tell you, their primitive accumulation comes from colonization, slavery, war, and conquer. China is the only country that rises without this bloody colonization and conquest of others so far. Wake up, my friend. Democracy is a beautiful promise the west has promised to us. But the reality is that the implementation in the developing countries is totally a failure.
