Thank you Sheryl, you did it again , you must of heard me thinking about the wind. So as usual you answered my question before I asked. You do a great job answering the question that people want to know.

Your videos are so accurate and thank you! I live in Wisconsin born and raised. With that being said, I can no longer take the cold Winters, gloomy skies, etc. I’ll be relocating in 2 yrs and AZ is at the top of my list.
I’ve visited twice so far during the Fall and Summer. I’ve stayed in Chandler & Glendale. Hung out and explored Sedona, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Peoria, Scottsdale, Tempe, etc. It’s absolutely stunning in AZ. My daughter’s school trip was in AZ and she toured ASU and loved it.
There really is SO much to love about Arizona, year round.
ALWAYS enjoy ur videos bout Az. Thank u 4 sharing electic bill not so different from mine here since we use both air & heat. Dave also says only use 15 yr loan which is crazy! As far as critters go...will b looking at locations simular to YOURS...lol. We only went as far as supersition springs area. Where was that beautiful desert video taken? Area 2 or 3 of mesa. So glad AZ still reddish!
I wouldn't listen to Dave on that either (he messed things up for millions of buyers by telling them to wait). You can make double the payments on a 30-year loan with almost the same outcome EXCEPT if you run into financial hardship, you can scale back on the payment (only make 1 per month) and not be at risk of losing your home. Today's interest rates change a lot of Dave Ramsey's principals. He did change his tune about waiting to buy until you have 20% down payment.
Something unimaginable to your out-of-state viewers: I used to work in a large factory that consisted of two large buildings. One building was offices; the other was production.. When it would begin to rain, the receiptionist would announce it over the PA system and anyone with access to a window would run to the window to see the rain!
Regarding solar, I leased solar panels in my previous home, where APS was my provider. I did it to be "green" and figured that, if I reduced my energy bill a little, it would be nice (but that wasn't my goal). I didn't anticipate APS's tacked on fees, the cost of selling me back at night what I had given free to APS during the day - PLUS the cost of leasing the solar panels themselves. I would never, ever, get solar again in Arizona. If the solar company doesn't cheat you, chances are good that the regular energy provider will.

Right after Halloween az do not swim here period , and dont start again until mid may when it starts getting hot again.since i smoke outside i have shade plant on patio with a fan or outside portable ac unit,so i can take the hottest part of day, its easy to go from ac 8n chair to ac to store we have insulated food bag

I NEVER see spiders (or any bugs) in my home, I treat my home every other month for $65.

After six years in Arizona we are moving back to Michigan. We cant take the heat and we miss the 4 seasons.

I would love to spend summers in Colorado or in my hometown of Minnesota. I go back for the month of June. Nice compromise. Just leave for the summer months 🙌🙌

The actual country's flag is fine as I fly one myself. I'm glad that you don't see as much, I think, are Trump 2024, all black "no quarter" flags, Confederate battle flags or the like.
I know rural Arizona is a lot more read, but as far as I know, the Phoenix metro area is a lot more blue if not full purple.
