Thank you so much for watching my videos and be safe!
before watching this film I thought Dune is the best-shot film of 2021. But idk man, Delbonnel's complete mastery of lighting and shadow is unbelievable to the point where I'm rooting for this to win
Isn’t tragedy of macbeth 2022?
Bruno Delbonnel is well known for his color grading

Speaking of Shakespeare adaptations and black and white films, could you do something on some of Kenneth Branagh's directed films? If you're interested, have time and find any you like?

Could we please get an amazing shots video on some of the jurassic park or World films, because I would think they would be incredible and I love those films
Robert Eggers and Wes Anderson’s child
The imagery, llightening, and sound were wonderful. The support cast was superb! In fact, in my opinion, Kathryn Hunter steals the show! However, Denzel and Frances are simply not skillful verse speakers so the language delivery was distracting. John Finch and Francesca Annes as the Macbeths in Polanski's 1971 Macbeth are the best verse speakers (for your comparison). John Gilgud another master. When Denzel Washington says "I commend them [the horses] to your [Banquo and Fleance] backs" he lost me. I'm surprised they left that glaring error in the film. But, that said, sound, b/w imagery was fantastic.
This is like if Monument Valley made Macbeth
Macbeth shoulda won over Dune.. shooting stunning landscapes during golden hour is easy.
Shit this looks like Blame or NaissanceE
almost too pretty
Am I the only one who finds the way he walks @ 0:23 absolutely ridiculous, laughable and out of place ?
probably, yeah. he is walking on uneven rough terrain with a sword on his hip. but his walk doesnt look strange regardless. weird comment
