Sean Murray (Tim McGee) is quite young, at 32. Mark Harmon (Jethro Gibbs) is 58, he isn't aging quite well though. His hair was alot more dark 3 years ago. But he is awesome no matter what. By the way, Lauren Holly (jenny shephard) is 46.

Thanks people for the info on why Lauren left the show (the years have been too kind to her for her to have a baby at such an age---God is too good!). My question is: does anyone know what devastating disease was ravaging her body so that she wished to face death "on her own terms?" I think i would have cried the more if she died a slow death, but I mourn her all the same There was too much left unsaid, too many issues left undone...too many possibilities...and no more time.
Actually thats not correct While Gibbs and Jenny were udercover in Paris Jenny was offered her own team in Europe and Gibbs had to return to the States. Gibbs asked her to go back with him but she said no saying that she wanted to further her career and he wasn't part of her Five Point Plan. She left him a letter and left him. 6 years later she becomes the director of NCIS.
@DrumKiller2 She had her kids when she started the show. She was killed off because she wanted to go after other roles and they wanted to end things with a bang.

I love this show too, I kinda like to think their real people too, this show is so damn good!!!! By the way, another interesting fact is, that pauley perrette (Abby) is actually 41. Its amazing on what hollywood make-up and stuff can do to people.
