- The crazy thing about the landscaping timbers is that they are usually less than 2 bucks each. But at the time of this video, during the pandemic and lumber shortage, they are stupid expensive at over 5 bucks each.
Only ended up using 8 of them for this raised garden bed. We went with the full length of the boards (8 feet) and cut the shorter pieces on the ends to 16 inches.

I prefer a taller bed. if you put a brick under the corners, it will keep your lumber from making direct contat with the ground and increase the life of the project.
This is what I was looking for, so thank you!
Glad it is helpful. Thanks!
Awesome buddy I appreciate it because now I have the confidence to do that same project just because I saw you do it! I even liked and subscribed
Thanks a lot!
One piece of advice, if I may. I would use cardboard instead of pladtic under all the soil. Why? Because plants have tap roots that need to grow into the soil and the plastic blocks that process. Also you are keeping the earthworms and microbes from doing their job. Plain brown cardboard will still suffocate the weeds/grass and will eventually feed the earthworms and help fertilize your roots.
YOU GOT ME TO SUBSCRIBE AT THE END. Cause i know nothing about building anything and have no "guy " skills.
Good job. Massive daddy points for that I’m sure!💪🏽
Looks good! Thanks for showing how to make one, I'm going to use the same process and technique you did.
I aspire to reach this the level of tuning the yelling out.
Hahaha
Yeah. That was a tad annoying.
I really appreciate this video. You are a cool dude.
Love it. Thank you.
Nice job 👍🏼
Thanks!
Thank you
Are you concerned about the toxins from the timbers leeching into the soil and into the plants you eat?
Extra flavor
He used a liner.

In the long run, it saves the morticians money cuz they don't have to use as much formaldehyde to embalm ya! Always an upside if ya look for it. LOL
