38:20 "I think it will take them 2 years to do it" (recapture all the territory) - given the current state of the counteroffensive it seems like an surprisingly accurate prediction.
(at the time of writing we're 2 months into the counteroffensive and Ukrainians didn't manage to break through the first line of reinforced defenses at any point. Combat is more around shifting the frontline back and forth with Ukraine making a (very) slow progress).

What I don't quite understand and I believe is becoming a political football in the U.S. is the nuclear threat. Is there a point when Putin might initiate in Starbaby's 2 year scenario?
