If the Etsy store isn't showing any in stock, follow the store to get notifications and maybe drop Decadebridge a message to register your interest. They're a small operation and put stuff out in batches.
It's been such a joy watching the author of some of my favorite oldschool VST plug-ins evolve into my fave gear manufacturer, and now getting the recognition he deserves. Albers was my synth of the year, and he followed it up Tin just a few months later. Nobody else could do this.
Very impressed with DecadeBridge gear. I have been collecting his small format synths and utilities whenever I see a new listing! It’s well worth checking out his Etsy regularly. I’m sure he’ll either build more / release new and exciting items soon… he is a very prolific innovator. He builds amazing focused tools that won’t break the bank. One of the best “hidden gem” makers. Probably a great gateway into modular in small footprint (or throw in front of a pedal chain). He’s also an all around nice guy.
That thing is killer. I’ve been a FM freak for ever and have/had a few different synths including a opsix currently, and that tiny box you have seems to be able to dial in certain types of sounds quickly. And it doesn’t seem to get brittle like a lot of FM can be too easy

Oh, it's got plenty of thunderous low-end, trust me. It's dialed in perfectly for my tastes. If you're looking for dark drones, you'll find them. And just about anything else you'd want. All the different combinations of switch positions give different character to the sound.
@@OscillatorSink it's extremely fun to interact with and just brilliant design all around. I'm still making my way through the video manual since it's the only instructional type video (hint hint). I think it can be more complex than I've gotten to yet, so far it seems very unique and thoughtful as far as how you scroll the info screen. I'm getting some audio clicks sometimes, not sure if that's just the limitations of the memory with the internal fx or what. I'd recommend it, it's a steal at the price and unlike any similar small or drone type synths, it's more whimsical while still having a lot of controls.
It's out of stock at the moment - follow the store and you'll get an update when it's back in stock - might be worth messaging them and asking when the next batch will be released too.
This maker was woefully unprepared for the exposure or interest in this little guy. The website's a mess and there's next to nothing in the Etsy store.
I'd disagree, if it's not available it's not on the store. There was a pre-order earlier in the year which has now been fulfilled. It's refreshing to find someone who provides a date with their pre-orders and in my experience has hit each one. Still waiting 6 months later for some pre-orders from other larger manufacturers. Been having a lot of fun with mine since it arrived on Friday.
@@TerraformHull Believe the listed price was £110 but there was a discount when I pre-ordered taking it under £100. I've picked up a few other decadebridge products such as the Bora and Albers and they've all been fantastic value for money.
He does this all himself in small batches. I'm sure he'll have another batch ready to go soon. Signing up for his newsletter has really helped, because he'll usually use it to announce the next batch right before it hits his store, gives you a chance to get there early.

You have caused my gearlust for this one, I asked a question and got into a nice big conversation with him. Super helpful guy. I cant wait now.

Sorry all. I bought two to cross mod.
Mine will arrive this week! Really looking forward to try this little bliss machine! Thank you @OscillatorSink
Mine is headed across the pond and should be here this week. Stoked. #GAS

This sounds so good. I'll write to them. Thank you..
This just sold me one. I too am into lo-fi FM drones...
Sounds wonderful !

@@OscillatorSink they really are!
Awesome sounds! A definite need for the toolbox! Thank you for the experience.
It's a lovely little friend. A great counterpoint for the analogue drones I own.
Oh my now I wanna drone right now 🙂
The default mode.

Excellent!

Cool synth but seems skewed towards high-pitched shrieks rather than deep, dark drones.

@@RealMisterScoops absolutely - I don't think it's reproduced well on UA-cam, but it can get extremely rumbly!
This is not your regular periodic-table-of-the-elements tin, it’s alien space tin from a dystopian future 👽
That's the BEST kind of tin! I wish all elements were alien space elements 🥲
If you like this... have you even been down the Etsy rabbithole of DIY synths? Might be something of interest there
I browse etsy every other day and I have saved searches for "drone synth" and "noise synth"... It's a problem.

Did anyone catch a price on this?
The pre-order deal was 88 GBP. I don't know if that will be repeated for other batches or not. The full price was a bit more.
They either don't have it anymore or it doesn't show up on the EU store 🙁

thank you for saying gear lust. 'gas' is a stupid term
And gear lust suggests a healthy dose of responsibility and implied shame!
