once you download it and unzip, you will be able to double click on the project name inside the folder, and it will open in the Unreal Engine

Yes, you can export it out of UE as an FBX file and use in iClone. But you may need to do some lighting tweaks since the sets are designed to be rendered in the Unreal Engine and Unity
