Gaz finally got me to go vegan after staying vegetarian for 6 years! Nobody else makes veganism seem so interesting & delicious 👏🏼
I gave up vegetarian caus I was always making the same food. Always curry blablabla lol And then found him! He made it all better and made things look better and tastyer 🥰

Edgy Vegy Bit Harder to find good vegan food in Sydney but it’s the same thing, you need to know where to go. Hopefully it will get better here.

Edgy Vegy If you do come up here and you’ll no doubt research the best ones. Lots I’d like to try but usually it’s just the vegan options on a menu. But if you’re in the city, I can recommend the vegan Yum Cha which is between the museum and St Mary’s Cathedral. Bodhi Restaurant on College St, (bit hard to find at first. It’s hidden around the back of the pool, beneath street level).
I hope the BBC or channel 4 are watching; they're supposed to develop regional programs....never seen them do that for cooking!!!!
The fact that him and his friends do this all themselves is what makes it so good though

I hope this becomes a series! Beautifully shot and edited. I've always wanted to see someone be a "vegan Anthony Bourdain" of sorts; I loved his shows before going vegan but have trouble watching them now due to all the animal products. This gave me those same vibes except with food that's actual food!
brought me so much joy to watch this. my girlfriend just gifted me Vegan 100 and this has me even more inspired to cook more of your sensational recipes.

Good to see a vegan travel cooking show. I'm so over celebrity chefs making excuses to eat a bunch of animals because it's "rude" to not eat exactly like the locals. You know what's rude? Exploiting people in developing countries so the chef can profit off of the novelty of the experiences and also eat endangered species (Anthony Bourdain literally illegally ate an endangered species, called vegans terrorists, and people wonder why we weren't respectful of his death). Anyway, good luck.

Wales is probably my favorite place on the planet. I think I suffered from hiraeth before I ever went, and I feel it constantly having not gone back for 10 years. I miss the smells, the sheep on the hills, the sounds in the pubs, the wide open skies the *actual air* is that even possible? Pretty sure I left a little piece of my soul on a hilltop in Llangollen. Looking forward to going back someday!

This was such a joy to watch. I appreciate the emphasis on local and organic. I think we tend to get lost in specialty foods that we have to order online and forget that there's such a bounty of foods right on our doorsteps. Beautiful video. More of these, please!

I love this documentary so much it is my 3rd time watching it. I encourage everyone to buy his cookbooks. Watching his cooking videos is a wonderful thing to see how he prepares the food and I admit, I try to copy his artistic presentation, but his cookbooks are essential and each one is loaded with valuable information. Thank you Gaz for teaching us how to eat right and most important, how to create delicious food in our own home and also, an important fact, while eating vegan is not only healthy for us but we're taking care of the planet while doing so.
The way he moves his hands and manipulates the food, he looks like a skilled artist.

Lovely documentary! I'm not a native english speaker so it would be really nice to get some english subtitles, it's easier for me to understand the words if I can read them.
You can generate English subtitles on screen if you go to settings on the video and go to captions and select subtitles.

As soon as the video cut to the makeshift cooker outdoors with the glorious scenery as a backdrop, I was transported back to many happy hours watching Keith having the craic in many far-flung (and some quite near) places slagging off his producer and cameraman, much to the audiences amusement!

Loved your documentary!! It’s been almost 40 years since I visited Wales - had forgotten just how stunningly beautiful it is!
I bet this is all very familiar for at least half of Lithuanians, since many people have their own land where they grow all of this and more. Picking cherries, lettuce, radishes, potatoes and what not seems like every summer of my childhood.
This made me appreciate what I have been taking for granted.
I loved watching this show. All these people are so lovely. I would love to see more videos like that!
